I recently went to Serenity for Botox to treat my armpit hyperhidrosis. I would recommend Serenity to everyone, my experience was great! Dr. Charles was extremely friendly and answered all my questions, as this was my first time with Botox. The results have also been life changing, and anyone struggling with hyperhidrosis should definitely go here! A worthwhile treatment and a 10/10 place to get it done.

From the moment I walked into the spa you feel a relaxing warming feeling. It started with the greeting by the lovely receptionist. My appointment was with Dr. Gina for the laser facial.This is my second session, and I have already notice changes in my skin texture and in areas where I had some discoloration.I couldn't be happier. My face feels FRESH, VIBRANT, and GLOWING. Dr. Gina has a way with making you feel comfortable, she had excellent chairside manner, and she is funny. I can't wait until my next session.

I recently visited Serenity Wellness for a B12 shot and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. I was immediately greeted by a warm and welcoming receptionist who completed my intake quickly and efficiently, with no wait time at all. I was then assisted by Nurse Simone Holland, who was knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. She took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions and clearly explain the benefits of the B12 shot, which made me feel informed and at ease. She also ensured my comfort throughout the entire process. The injection itself was completely painless, and before I knew it, the service was complete. The spa was clean, well-organized, and staffed with licensed and highly trained professionals, which truly stood out. I honestly don't know where to start in praising this amazing place. Serenity Aesthetics and Wellness really lives up to its name. The vibe there is stunning, creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere. From the moment I sat down for my session, I felt relaxed. During my consultation, Dr. Charles reassured me that I was in a safe and supportive space. I was a bit worried about a new development on my face—aging can really affect how we look, after all. She took her time explaining the procedures and the best options for me. After I left her office, I felt confident I was in good hands. We decided on a chemical peel, which Nakia carried out with lots of kindness, skill, and care. Nakia immediately made me feel at ease, and before I knew it, an hour had passed. The results were amazing—whatever rash I had on my face disappeared, and days later, my skin looked even better and more refreshed than before. I didn't realize how vital facial maintenance is until after this. I plan to keep visiting Serenity Aesthetics and Wellness with Dr. Charles to help me stay at my best.
